What are your minimum order requirements?

Can I bring in my own goods to be printed/embroidered?



Unfortunately, we don't do customer own goods as they are tricky to replace if we make a mistake. All goods need to be purchased through us, from one of our many suppliers. 



How long does it take for my goods to be posted to me?

My workplace requires me to get a uniform from you. How does this work?

If you are unsure about the options provided by your workplace or not sure what size you'll need, book in for a fitting and we'll help you out. However, if you know which garments and the sizes you're after, you can send through a written order to sales@valerietravers.com.au 



Should I choose to have my garments printed or embroidered?

I need to order a uniform but don't know my size. What should I do?



Not sure what size to get? If you are looking for a University uniform (students or staff) or a wings academy playing uniform, pop in anytime to try on our size range. For all other customers, book in for a fitting via our "Make A Booking" section. 



What is your standard turn-around time?



Provided the supplier has the goods in stock, we have a standard turn-around time of 1-3 weeks. However, as every order is different, feel free to get in touch and ask about your personal estimated turn-around time. 



I'm a university student and need to try on a uniform. Do I need to book a fitting?



No, students from UniSA and Flinders University are welcome to come in-store anytime to try on their uniform.
